Joti Kalyan (Karen Lajoie) Level 1 Kundalini Instructor
Joti Kalyan Kaur (Karen Lajoie) received her Kundalini Level 1 Instructor training in 2018 at the Baba Siri Chand Yoga and Retreat Center in Millis, Massachusetts. At that time Hari Kaur Khalsa was the lead Level 1 Trainer. Joti Kalyan Kaur has lived the majority of her life in Central Massachusetts working with families as a registered nurse, raising her son, earning a Master’s Degree in Public Health/Community Nursing from Worcester State University and pursuing outdoor activities. Integrating the teachings into her life has allowed her to navigate challenges and spread joy. She is grateful to share these teachings journeying forward.
