Women's Radiant Lotus Qigong
Qigong is a wellness and traditional medical practice that has developed in China, and has been practiced for more than 3,000 years. It involves gentle exercise with meditation, breath work, and intent. In translation "Qi" is vital energy or life energy and, "gong" is to cultivate a skill by steady practice - the purpose of this practice is to enhance and create wellness. Qigong helps balance us emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Women's Radiant Lotus Qigong is a system of Qigong with complementary practices such as Tibetan Sound Healing, cupping, and self-massage that address women's health concerns. This system of Qigong was development by Daisy Lee and includes movements that help foster a sense of empowerment, authentic voice, and neutral compassion. I am a certified instructor for Women's Radiant Lotus Qigong, Level 1, by the Shift Network.
